I have given advice to dog, cat and exotic pet owners for over forty years. During that time, I learned many things. An important one is that veterinarians like myself do not have a solution for all of your pet’s health problems.
Unlike Texas physicians, by Texas Law, I am not allowed to offer veterinary advice over the distance between us because I cannot physically touch or observe your pet. Texas extends that prohibition against veterinarians like me over the entire World, not just American pet owners. In 2023, a federal judge affirmed their right to do so.
